Through catchy original songs, colourful puppet characters and joyful audience participation, children are invited to sing, dance, count, create, listen and respond as Nana’s magical suitcase reveals surprise after surprise.
Designed especially for daycare and OOSH audiences, and available for private and public events, the show supports key principles of the Early Years Learning Framework, encouraging children to develop confidence, communication, creativity, wellbeing, belonging and active participation through play based musical learning.

Swing on over and say hi to Mama Funk - the legendary Funky Monkey! This groove-powered diva belts out funkified anthems like nobody’s business. A bona-fide triple threat, Mama Funk can sing, dance, and swing through the jungle faster than a bass line on double-time. Curious to meet the real Mama Funk? Fire up the kettle and brew her signature cuppa: banana-chip-infused tea with roasted cacao nibs… plus a hush-hush ingredient she’ll only reveal in song. Fair warning: Mama Funk sings every word—so be prepared for your conversation to turn into an impromptu jungle jam!

By day, Percy the Counting Punk Pug is a bow-tie-straightening maths prodigy lecturing at the prestigious University of Bowtiebridge. But don’t let that polished façade fool you - when night falls, Professor Percy trades chalk dust for a studded collar and dives straight into the mosh pit. Notice the wrinkles around his eyes? They’re from years of frequenting the local punk scene, staying up late, and moshing with his fellow punk enthusiasts at his local punk music venue. Don’t believe me? Just play some punk music at his next lecture and see what happens!

Meet Big Joe, aka The Boogie-Woogie Bear! Don’t let the silver fur and vintage waistcoat fool you - this old-school cool cat still shuffles like it’s swingin’ 1942. Most afternoons you’ll catch him lounging in his favourite armchair, schooling cubs at Rummy. But drop the needle on a rollickin’ boogie-woogie record and - BAM! - the cane goes flying, the rug starts sliding, and Big Joe’s paws fly faster than tap shoes at a jitterbug jamboree. Clear the floor, because when Joe cuts loose, everyone stops to stare!
